Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
